UNDATURF ("we", "us") built the UNDATURF app as a free and membership-based platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (securely hashed) you provide when you register.
- Profile information: display name, nickname, rap name, bio, city/state, age range, profile and banner photos, favorite songs/videos/shows/memories, and interests you choose to add.
- Content you post: posts, stories, comments, photos, videos, and messages you share in the community feed or collaborations.
- Booking & merch inquiries: details you submit through booking, pre-order, and custom-merch request forms (name, contact, shipping preferences).
- Usage & device data: approximate location (city-level), device type, app interactions, and logs used to operate and secure the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and Turf Club membership.
- To display your profile and content within the community.
- To process merch pre-orders, bookings, and collaboration requests.
- To send newsletters, updates, and responses to your inquiries.
- To improve the app, recommend content, and keep the platform secure.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the app:
- Base44 — our app platform and hosting provider (data storage, authentication, email delivery).
- Streaming embeds — Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube are embedded for playback; their policies apply when you use them.
- Email provider — to deliver newsletters and account-related emails.
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our community.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated content from active storage within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your Rights — Access, Delete & Control
You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to request deletion of your account and data.
- Request your data: from the Profile page, tap "Request My Data" and we'll email you a summary of the information linked to your account.
- Delete your account: from the Profile page, tap "Delete Account" to permanently remove your profile, posts, and linked data.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR. We do not process the personal information of children under 13; the app is not directed to children under 13.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication and secure storage through our platform provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
